b. Order Cancellation After Preparation: If you cancel an order after preparation has begun but before delivery or pickup, refunds will be at the discretion of Eatplan8. Partial refunds may be considered based on the progress of the order.
c. Unavailability of Items: If any item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a replacement or refund for the unavailable item.
a. Quality Issues: If you receive an order with unsatisfactory quality (e.g., spoiled, incorrect items), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide details and, if possible, photographic evidence of the issue. We will offer a refund or replacement based on the assessment of the situation.
b. Missing Items: In the event of missing items from your order, contact us within 24 hours. We will either refund the cost of the missing items or arrange for a prompt delivery of the missing items.

a. Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for orders where the customer changes their mind after the order has been prepared or delivered.
